This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, expertise in fundraising, and a deep commitment to education and equity.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Strategy &amp; Leadership:</strong> Develop and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy, set annual targets, and represent the organization to key stakeholders and partners.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Donor Engagement:</strong> Cultivate and steward relationships with CSR partners, foundations, individual donors, and HNIs while building a strong pipeline of prospects.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Proposal &amp; Communication Oversight:</strong> Oversee the creation of high-quality grant proposals, pitch decks, and donor reports in collaboration with program and M&amp;E teams.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Team Management:</strong> Build, mentor, and manage a motivated fundraising team with clear goals and accountability structures.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Systems &amp; Operations:</strong> Ensure the effective use of CRM tools to track donor data and establish efficient internal processes for fundraising operations.</p></li></ul>\n\n<strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong>\n<ul><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 10–12 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the development sector or a corporate fundraising background.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:</strong> A strong understanding of the funding landscape, including CSR, philanthropic foundations, and individual giving.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Core Skills:</strong> Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and thrive in a dynamic environment.</p>\n<p></p></li><li><p></p>\n<p><strong>Values:</strong> A deep belief in the power of equity, inclusion, and holistic education.</p></li></ul>\n\n<strong>Bonus Points For:</strong>\n<ul><li>Experience in scaling fundraising for growing organizations.<p></p>\n<p></p></li><li>Familiarity with digital or international fundraising campaigns.<p></p>\n<p></p></li><li>Strong existing networks within the CSR or philanthropic ecosystem.<p></p>\n<p></p></li></ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><em>-<br></em></p>\n<p><strong>Hiring Note</strong>: Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis.
